Max Foreman is a songwriter, producer and Resident Assistant Professor of Music at Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA. Coming out of Experimental Sound Practices at California Institute of the Arts, Foreman co-founded Bouquet with Pennypacker Riggs. He released two solo EPs, Underground and Serious Business. His new single is titled "Letter of Resignation".
